Who is responsible

What data we collect
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, the data you send us (name, message, phone number). The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools.
Why we use it
To send you the newsletter if you subscribe and to answer your messages. We do not sell or share your data.
Legal basis
Your consent (newsletter subscription) and your request to be contacted (answering a question you asked us).
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and to manage the consultation.
Who can see the data
The technical providers that host the website and collect subscriptions (Netlify) and the messaging tools you choose to use (email, WhatsApp). Data may be processed outside the European Union with the safeguards required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Spain the AEPD, in Italy the Garante).
Cookies
The website does not install tracking cookies. To remember the language you choose it uses your browser's local storage, without identifying you.
